Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as requested by the Client and confirmed by the Company.
Services may include but are not limited to:
- Standard residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Office or commercial cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Specialty cleaning services
The specific scope of services, frequency, and pricing shall be confirmed via estimate, service confirmation, invoice, or written agreement.
The Company reserves the right to adjust the scope of services if conditions differ materially from those represented by the Client.
2. Scheduling and Property Access
The Client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the premises at the scheduled service time.
Failure to provide access may result in a lockout fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Clients must:
- Ensure utilities (water and electricity) are functioning
- Secure pets
- Provide parking access where required
- Inform the Company of alarms or security systems
If a service appointment cannot be completed due to conditions beyond the Company’s control, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service pricing is based on factors including:
- Property size
- Condition of the premises
- Scope of work
- Frequency of service
Payment terms:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Recurring clients may be charged automatically using a card on file.
- Commercial clients may receive invoices with Net 15 or Net 30 terms.
Late payments may incur:
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
If notice is not provided:
- Late cancellation fee: up to 50% of the scheduled service price
- Same-day cancellation or lockout: up to 100% of service price
For recurring services, repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
The Company strives to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
If the Client believes services were not performed satisfactorily:
- The Client must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion
- The Company will have the opportunity to return and correct the issue
Re-cleaning is the sole remedy for dissatisfaction unless otherwise determined by the Company.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide a safe working environment
- Inform the Company of fragile or high-value items
- Secure cash, jewelry, collectibles, and irreplaceable items
- Remove hazardous materials or biohazards
The Company may refuse service if the environment is unsafe.
7. Breakage and Damage Policy
The Company exercises reasonable care while cleaning.
If damage occurs:
- The Client must report the damage within 24 hours
- The Company must be given an opportunity to inspect the damage
Liability is limited to:
- Repair of the item, or
- Replacement value based on depreciated value
The Company is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly installed fixtures
- Items not disclosed as fragile
- Damage caused by unstable surfaces or mounting
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Wisconsin:
The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Loss of personal property not directly caused by the Company
9. Insurance
The Company maintains general liability insurance consistent with industry standards.
Proof of insurance may be provided upon reasonable request.
The Client is responsible for maintaining property insurance covering their own belongings and premises.
10. Independent Contractor Status
The Company and its personnel are independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create:
- An employer-employee relationship
- A partnership
- A joint venture
The Company is solely responsible for:
- Payroll taxes
- Workers’ compensation
- Employment compliance
11. Refusal or Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- Working conditions are unsafe
- The Client behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner
- The property contains biohazards or illegal substances
- The Client repeatedly violates scheduling or payment terms
Recurring services may be terminated by either party with 7 days written notice.
12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Labor shortages
- Transportation disruptions
13. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located within Wisconsin, unless otherwise required by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the services provided and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, booking, or accepting cleaning services from the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
